I think rule #5 is extremely important, especially to hear him talk about doubt being a safety valve, not impediment to continued growth. Even an airplane corrects itself 100s of times on its way to its destination. For someone garnering so much attention like Jay, it can be even more tempting to take the book deal & no one would ever question that. It shows the importance of following your own conscience, and that's something no one can teach you but you gotta put the work in to discover. Thanks for sharing!

The concept of attractive not focus is the most powerful thing I've heard in a while... So much so I grabbed my journal.. Focus doesn't come from thin air it's what you're attracted to and the by product.. This could be used from education to relationships... If it doesn't attract you, you won't focus.. Mind blown and definite change in perspective and how I do things from now on.
