We really enjoy your videos, and the way you project a humorous approach to a lot of these developments. Example being look, there’s enough space to walk between the houses. One of the major issues we have when we’re considering moving from New York to Florida is some of these developments, they packed the homes so tightly together that your neighbor is right on top of you. Personally, I. can’t understand how anybody would be willing to live that close and congested.

Thanks! Most of the newer communities, maybe 4 years or newer, are on smaller lots. 70 foot wide are going to be the max, especially closer to Tampa. It's all about land cost and building as many homes as possible on an acre of land. There are communities with homes on 1/2 acre or more. Prices are going to start around $750k. Farther away from Tampa/Wesley Chapel there are several new developments, reasonably priced with larger lots. Older communities like Cheval or Carrollwood have much larger lots, very nice homes. They are going to be older, like 10 to 20 years old.
