A different challenge idea for you is that your opponent has to choose a Pokémon based on the face they're making as mimed out by you. For example: let's say you have a diancie, pikachu and toxapex. You have to try your best to make the face each of the three pokemon are making and shady picks which one he wants based on your faces. If they can guess what the pokemon is, they can choose any ability they want.

Not only is Rich charismatic and awesome to have around, but he genuinely played that endgame SO WELL! Playing around the Sucker Punches AND keeping up the momentum was his only way back into the game, and he recognized that and went for it. I think a LOT of people go for like a roost/Brave Bird there and instantly lose to the Zapdos/Thunderous Switching in.

For someone who is relative new, Rich played that SO well. He did everything right, from hard-swapping out the Dragapult AND most importantly he keeps up the momentum and doesn't get baited into using Roost ir Body Press, both of which would have lost him the game instantly. He overplayed a little in the end by not just keeping it up, but that was IMPRESSIVE.

Generally yes. But in this match not so much. Corviknight would take anything ChienPao throws at him easily so there was no reason to read. Just switch out Dragapult every single time

@@Just0wnedEsport Respectfully disagree. Luke could've easily doubled out to Zapdos instead of attacking, in which case Rich would've been in a terrible spot. Also Download Chien-Pao does more than a third to max defense Corviknight with an attack, so he would've had to go for a roost at some point or lose (Also crunch defense drops could be very problematic) If anything, there was no reason for Luke to go for Sucker Punch, since Chien-Pao never would've died from one.

Clicking sucker punch on Dragapult turn 1 was the throw. No need to do that and you do a lot of damage to Corv at +1 plus the chance of defense drops from crunch.

These last few turns is one of the best sequences of plays I've ever seen in a "The we fight"-video. Rich not only realizes he has to switch out the Dragapult, but he also realizes that he has to keep going for U-turn over Body Press and Roost, because he woukd just lose to the Zapdos/Thunderus if he doesn't keep up that momentum. Super impressive stuff from someone who is new to competitive pokémon

Here’s a video idea! You choose which ability to give your pokemon FIRST, but then have to choose a random pokemon from the three. So you could choose to go with Huge Power but then end up with a Magnezone, for example.

idk if this will pass as an idea but it would be cool to go out in the wild and catch a pokemon but the twist is you get the pokemon with the pokedex number after the one you caught. ex. if you caught bulbasaur (skipping over his Evo line) youd get charmander instead and so forth

Rich absolutely threw. You switch to Corviknight 100% of the time on that turn, he even said "I go into Corviknight, and I win."

It's not that easy. Corviknight definitely doesn't guarantee a win becauee Luke can always go Zapdos, in which case you instantly lose if you go Corviknight that turn. Rich had some missteps vs the Croagunk, but that last play essentielly came down to a 50/50 if Luke waw gonna switch or not
