I think you should improve this series, we could use stuff like "How to get into the improvement mindset" "How to figure out what you're doing wrong, and actually fix that instead of continuing like normal like Kira does constantly" and especially "How to get into competitive play as a complete newbie/When are you ready to try out competitive". There's probably videos already for this, but I'm watching the newbie playlist and it's seriously lacking. Keep up the great content though, still appreciate everything you've done!

usually when the team is pushed back to last the scouts will do something called off-class. That would be a good use for engineer.

+Vincent “auradrak” Sissom It's about movement speed. You're slower than everyone else, so everyone has to wait for you before they start the next team fight. If they don't wait for you, it's 5v6. If they wait for you, it gives the enemy time to respawn, build uber, or regain other resources like health (or give them time to put up their own sentry gun). By playing classes with high movement speed, you give them less time to react. The slowest class on the team is the Medic.

if you look at the 6s classes, the scout is fast, the soldier has rocket jumps, the demo has sticky jumps, and the med is decently fast. everything in 6s is movement based, but engineer is very slow

You don't have to main anything. It's fine to have multiple classes you like playing, I've seen a lot of people who change their "main" all the time. It took forever until I settled on a main, Demoman, but I still love playing every single class, especially Heavy, medic, soldier, and scout.

+Jek Porkins (Mr.T) if you are choosing which class to play between those four in comp, I would recommend either Pyro or Medic. Pyro is the easiest class to start playing in competitive, but playing Medic will give you a much deeper understanding of the game mechanics, along with gamesense and positioning, but there will be a lot of pressure on you. Spy is probably the worst class for people new to comp or tf2 in general, due to its complex mechanics. I think everyone wants to main spy at some point, but once you realize that other classes are just as cool, you may change your mind.
