They might not be the definition of a traditional boygroup because they're so heavily invested in EVERYTHING they do, but that's exactly what sets them apart. I love NCT too and I think that these two groups are actually so different from most groups in the industry. I'm not to be bias towards any group. In my opinion NCT is much better in term of synchronizations of their dancing we can see their lil details in every moves. That make it great to see them and they just like a dancing machine but in a form of a group. For iKON, their dance is also easy to see but hard to make it. Their moves are full of swag and we can see/feel it. Their charm are the dance itselves. But their footwork really not a joke, it always amaze me. Congrats for both group. When other group trying to be swag, but iKON like they were born with it, I mean their swag is so innate and it flows naturally. Also their choreography seems easy to follow but hard to dance because you don't have the "innerswag" that iKON's have. I like iKON the most because their versatility as an artists/musician. They didn't stuck in one genre or follow trend, but they made a trend like all their songs are well-made music and the lyrics are so relatable. I dont know much about NCT, but they are good, no, they are extremely amazing. But their music is not my taste hehe. Nah music is all about ur own personal taste and what you enjoy listening too. There’s no such thing as a bad taste in music. what one person thinks is garbage might be special in its own way for another person. Y'all know that when music is great, it becomes unavoidable. im a new ikonic and im beyond agree with the guy who told "when u see ikon perfomances, u could dance with the flow". ikon makes me not too see visuality in kpop industry because before i stan ikon, i used to love any kind boy groups from their visual or choreography (my bad)..but ikon's music show feelings, relatable situations and art. OMG i honestly love reading the comment section, I don't see any hate comments thrown on iKON or NCT like "omg stan nct ikon is talentless" at least for now (dont worry i love ikon and that was an example ^^). Both are very good, but I would go with Ikon. Their choreo isn't intense like NCT but Ikon's choreo is entertaining to watch and also their footwork in LS is amaze me so much. I can repeat that 100x a day.

Lovely Cassie Catriona yea but I think she replied one of the statement that brought it up in the vid saying that nct have more dancing skills esp. for strong dances and stuff while ikon bring more swag when they dance which it is true for now but if you watch mix&match and win:who is the next (their survival programs when ikon were trainees) you’ll see their strong dances and various skills

SM details is no joke, NCT dance moves is beyond crazy. They did made an easiest choreography for their Nctzen like Touch and boy I can’t stop dancing while hearing that. Unlike other boy groups, IKON makes their choreo themselves. Their leader, BI, and Dongyuk are incharge. If you want to see like a machine dancing on IKON, you should watch their pre-debut period like when they were competing with Winner on the survival show WIN and on Mix and Match. You'll see how good they are but their dancing tho is more a hiphop style.

Don’t get me wrong I’m a YG Stan and love everything YG and I’m glad to see iKON finally getting the respect they deserve. However, NCT’s dance ability is seriously no joke, in my opinion what sets them apart (As a dancer myself) is the charisma each group has. iKON has a very free flowing yet structured dance which hooks you as you quickly see their trademark YG swag but it feels a little different, almost as if they’re creating their own style of “YG swag” in itself which hooks viewers. NCT however has very clean, precise and fluid movements and formations which almost seems inhuman that follows the beat of every song they perform perfectly and you can tell when you watch them that it’s going to be a very good performance regardless. I love iKON but seriously there is a lot of iKONIC’s who don’t necessarily see the strengths of other groups.
