By the way, I have subscribed to your channel right after watching one video, and after this one, I was comfortable enough to send a query. Though the USA and Canadian markets have a lot in common, some factors may vary. It's tough to make a decision on buying a business/franchise, even tougher to have known/skills on how to run/handle the business, especially for first-time investors. I have some experience at Subway, but food businesses are a different ball game.

Have you looked into the "Kisses From Italy" restaurant chain? They recently partnered with Fransmart and have a contract to open 100 locations across Canada. It would be nice to do a quick profile of them since they are such a new, publicly traded, company.
