How do I record sound from loopmix app into cubasis? What what is uva3 mean? Do I need to get another app to use these purchases together ? Very frustrating

It's only frustrating until you understand. Auv3s are the equivalent of desktop VSTs/AUs only they're made for iPhone/iPad. I suggest you download our free Cubasis guide at mobilemusicpro.com/free

@@MobileMusicPro I have already watched the tutorial, you don’t mention how to set up loopmix with cubasis3 . You only you are using the uva3 instead of stand alone version. I have no idea where you select that option. I have been trying to find some kind of video to show answers all day.

Make sure the track is armed to record, it's a little red circle under the track name.

Hey there, all you have to do is go to the preset browser and tap on the little plus icon under each of the 6 tracks on the far right hand side. Or you can open up a factory preset and replace the sounds there in the exact same way. We go over how to loads sounds in this part of the video here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/maKwf5prn9Jmic0

Ive found the only way is to import them on the far right of the sample menu, the plus sign under each individual track there on the right.

Are you using the instruments in the program or can you put chops of samples you’ve made in this auv3 ?

You can for sure use the many built in sounds or use only your own sounds if you'd like, or both!

Hey Guys, I know this is a minute old, but I saw this and gave it a shot. The thing is when you hit Export, the sound file that downloads is not the sound I was listening to when I hit export, any ideas?

Hmm, never seen that error before. A quick search in the forum doesn't seem to yield anything helpful but you can double check here forum.audiomodern.com/search?q=export. The last resort would of course be to contact support here: audiomodern.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new Of course you can always try the usual stuff, try reboot ipad, close and reopen app, export in diff format, and print the audio via routing it to audiobus into a daw or audioshare.

Thanks for your help . Cubasis3 must not be seeing it somehow how. When I click to add audio units in insert effects it only shows koala sampler . Nothing about loopmix. I can see the levels coming out of the mixers when I play loopmix however nothing records. It shows it recording but nothing is their when I click stop. I don’t understand it. Does it need special routing? Good grief this is ridiculously frustrating, I appreciate your patience. I have watched almost every video you made about cubasis3 and auv3 . I don’t understand what I could be doing wrong

@@RubberTrampsReviews Apologies this does not go in the effect slot, this is an instrument, so you add new midi track, and then tap on the instrument, and then in the browser you select audio units and then you'll find loopmix.

You can easily import your own wav files by following the instructions beginning at 5:16. Everything has been working amazing for me and this app IMO will go down in history as something truly special.
