Chopin and Liszt... My two favourite composers. 😍 The music of their era is the most beautiful music ever created, at least in my opinion. Each of their pieces is telling us a story of its own, I wish I could go back to those times when they lived.

There's a rendition of this on Halidon's "The Best of Chopin" which is the most different I've ever heard. Made me rethink this piece altogether. It sounded like a lot of reminiscing and grieving over something that was once so beautiful but is now broken or no more in the second half of the piece. Whoever played that was in their feelings and on fire
