Exquisite nocturne. Chopin is incredible, have loved his music all my life. In fact for a while I was researching trivia about him. For example: little known fact but his first cousin on his mother’s side came to the U S in the mid 19th century and was later a general in the U S civil war. Interesting to me because it’s Chopin’s one connection to America (if you want to call it that!) By the way, much as I love his nocturnes, I don’t associate them with “night”. - any time of the day is fine.

Some very nice phrasing and your use of rubato was elegant. It can be difficult to extend a musical rest, to have the patience, and still make it musical, but you showed that patience in this performace. Brava!
