For more than a decade, Tommy Baker has led a group of week-end bikers on rides literally all across America. Along the way, he decided they should call themselves "The Ice Cream Men From Hell." He designed a patch and gave the 'colors' to the riders he thought were worthy. They weren't an official Motorcycle Club, but maybe - one day - they'll try. That day has finally arrived. Baker put together the quintessential biker journey - a biker boot camp - to see if he and his buddies had what it takes to be a real Motorcycle Club - an M.C. - an American M.C. Getting seventeen men, from all walks of life and three states together is the first mission - and it doesn't go smoothly. @@reprogrammedtohae4286 that's a question you have to ask yourself. "Am I driving or riding at a suitable speed and in a manner that if SOMEONE ELSE makes a mistake, nothing bad happens?" For instance, straight road speeding is easy, someone might say, but if on that road there are junctions with unkempt hedges, then someone else making a mistake ruins the day of both of you. Or oncoming overtakes, "Can I slow down and pull up in the verge if someone overtakes in front of me?" I've had it happen on a bicycle and whilst it was scary, there was enough room that I could ride along the white line at the edge without collision. It tends to happen on otherwise fast roads which farm vehicles use.

A group was blocking both lanes on a divided 4-lane one day. Two wide in each lane. I split them right down the middle at over 170 mph on a track built Gixxer with a Yoshimura exhaust that was loud AF at 15,000 rpm, but you couldn't hear it until it passed by you. The guy I was riding with stayed back and watched. He said it looked like a wave in the ocean as I passed through them. He said I scared the hell out of them, and they all almost wreaked into each other. I'd have loved to see it myself. I hate these idiots.

A friend of mine rides a heavy BMW bike to work every day, and has for 20 years. Does over 3000 km a month, through heavy wind, rain, even snow here in Northern Europe. Never stops. Legit (recognized by the AMA) clubs such as Biker Against Child Abuse/BACA are a club that doesn't get into illegal activity or bully anyone around or claim territory like an animal. These 1%r gangs, although comprised of many good veterans who are misguided because of what the government did to them, are involved in heavy drugs (the number 13 they mark themselves with means this in their case) and motorcycle thefts while only accepting a particular race and type of man. Legit clubs accept men of any kind with their same good natured mission with no criminal acts. Marking territories and styles and attacking, harassing or even killing another for emulating their style or being on "their turf" is deranged and purely dementedly narcissistic. Who tf cares if they want to wear a certain patch they think is cool? Who tf cares if they want to express their cities name on their cut? Who tf cares if they want to have some drinks at a bar with the "lone wolf no club" patch? Biking is about being you and enjoying two wheels, not worrying about offending some bully snowflakes who believe they own rights to anything. Where I live, the white supremacist "Grim Reapers" are stealing bikes on the daily, taking away good bikers transportation. I'm white myself and was stared down by these guys after getting off my bike with my hispanic wife. Many years ago I worked for Confederate Motorcycles. We were demo-ing bikes all over Southern California and made a stop at a potential vendor’s place, just to check out his portfolio..mostly embroidered patches. We weren’t looking for actual Patches/Rockers, we were looking for a quality logo patch. I was looking through samples and saw a Mongol patch. At the time, I had no idea who they were or what I was looking at. When I moved towards it, he moved it away. I asked if I could keep it/buy it just as a sample. That dude looked me straight in the eye and said, “we’d both end up dead”.

This is true.. I remember one time in Daytona Beach bike week. I believe it was During the show sons of anarchy either it was still going on or it finished up. But there were these Guys in there probably lake twenty's early 30s, and they all had rockers with sons of anarchy logo on them. They were at 1 of the rallies.I believe in holly hill And they were writing past it. And I guess 2 or 3 out laws caught it and they pulled them over. I have no idea what happened after that. I would probably think they either cut it off. Or they took their vests 100%.People have to understand that is no a joke, and they take that very seriously because those are earned.

My first motorcycle was a 1982 Yamaha. It was a little 550, but it was mine and I loved riding it. I was on the San Francisco/bay Bridge when I came up on a group of Hells Angels. Not knowing anything about these guys and wanting to get a closer look, I picked up some speed and began to get closer to the last guy in the line. That guy wasted no time in putting on his brakes, dropping to a point where he was right next to me; pointed at me and said “get out of our line”. Being a new rider and not knowing shit, I opted to move over four lanes and kept my distance. Still an avid rider today, I just keep away from large groups (regardless if they are a motorcycle club or not). My mind set is to not be a problem to someone else and we’ll all be good.
