I have done an immediate chop on some rare plants when I first get them. I just close my eyes and start cutting. Then they go in the grow tent so I won’t have it think about it for a few months.

Definitely leaf miner on your Hoya leaf, cut that leaf off. Or at least the affected . They spread rapidly
