Also Michael, crawl under that chopper. You guys might have a hole forming in the cutter head pan. Our fp230 was leaving a trail and I thought it was head loss, but there was definitely a hole worn through that pan when we actually got to looking at it.

Sometimes with those choppers, when you sharpen the knives, it gets all over the metal detect roller. It will keep detecting going forward with the head. We usually have to hose it down good with water to wash off all the knife grindings.
