Water - 5 - 6 Cups
Salt - 2 tsp
Flour Based Noodles OR Hakka Noodles - 200g
Carrot - 2
French Beans - 5-6
Cabbage - 1 cup sliced
Capsicum - 1/2 small
Spring Onion - 1/2 bunch
Water - 3-4 tbsp.
Oil - 2 tbsp
Garlic - 4-5
Green Chili - 2-3
Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Schezwan Chutney : 3-4 tbsp
Ketchup - 2 tbsp
Water - 1/4 cup
Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Oil - to cook noodles
Spring Onions - to serve

Great recipe thank you loved how you split up the veg's good idea. Topped mine off with a fried egg. You don't need a ring for the noodles I never bothered. The schezwan chutney can be found at Indian grocery stores could not find at chinese markets.

here, in the restaurants and food stalls many of them fry deep fry the noodles. Deep fried ones tastes good but is very unhealthy. i tried to deep fry them at home but the noodles absorbed a lot of oil so i used the microwave oven to make them crisp, it didn't work too and at the end i ended up making the regular hakka noodles XD . this pancake idea is a lot better will have to try it again
