Sweet Corn Kernels - 2 Cup
Water - 5 cups (to boil)
Corn Flour - 8 tbsp or less
Plain Flour / Maida - 3 tbsp or less
Salt - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Oil - to deep fry + 2 tbsp
Garlic - 4 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
Green Chili - 4
Onion - 1 small
Salt & Pepper - as per taste
Vinegar / Lemon - 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Paste - 1/2 tsp

Hii.. have tried many of your dishes and yes they have come out really well.. I tried this with the frozen lot and somehow it's a little bitter.. don't know if it's because of the bitter frozen kernels.. the bitter part is the only disappointment I have.. ☹️
