So beautiful! I cry when I hear this hymn, because it makes me remember my mom who has passed a number of years ago. I remember going to Midnight mass at Our Lady Of Czeschtochowa church in London, Ontario and singing this hymn.

For me, too, I remember having to arrive at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary church in Buffalo, New York at least one-half early if you wanted a seat JUST for the Koledy that was sung for an HOUR before Mid-night Mass. And THIS is in a church that holds over 1500. SRO for a Mid-night Mass is unheard of these days. But, back then, it was commonplace.
