Forgive yourself for past things that bother you still! Move on . Whoever you felt embarrassed around never thinks about you, probably forgot the incident, while you torture yourself remembering it over and over.. I do this too, but everytime a negative anxiety inducing thought comes in, I try to take a deep breath, imagine the inhale encasing the thought, and exhale the ball of anxiety! If it's still there I do it again and again, meanwhile thinking about something positive if I can

There are no chosen ones... Really, what does it even mean.. people are living greater lives than chosen ones who are not chosen. It's all going to go black and you'll be dust not experiencing everything you know. All we know for certain is the physicalities in front of us and when our eyes close for the last time, we'll know nothing. Feeling like a chosen one is just another coping mechanism that we must be something more. Life is upsetting, death is inevitable. This video reminds me of the old statement about goals. There are two types of goals; give up goals and get up goals. The give-up goals are goals one makes to lose weight, stop smoking, etc. These goals are intended to be shared with everyone as a form of support. The other type of goal, the get-up goal, is about your personal growth. That personal growth goal should only be shared with your closest supportive friend, mentor, coach or others who will support you while also holding you accountable for your goals. Yup, don't share your get-up goals with anyone aside from your inner circle.

I more often than not tend to share, or desire to do so, I believe so because I get very excited with every new revelation I experience. I am affirmed within when it occurs, so I'm not seeking such from others, nor do I readily feel my ego is or would be strengthened thereby. I try to be vigilant regarding humility, it being a primary characteristic through which others reveal themselves; inversely, it must apply likewise in my revelations through my direct expression to others! i feel like sharing spiritual truths is a must for helping others... if you feel challenged it is a good thing, because it leads you to actually fortify your foundations or create new ones based on information acquired from people you care about, or simply dismiss them because they might be speaking something thats not entirely correct.. discussions of ideaas even spiritual ones can lead to growth and change for more positive outcomes, but if you do it and accept other's comments blindly, you will undermine yourself your own growth, because at the end, it isnt what people say, it is your own thoughts that make the change in your own psyche... i feel this way because truth that helps us that is now ours, it was gifted to us, and i feeel a need to share this gift i waas given to help another soul

I've been silent for a long time, and accepted that no one will ever know my story. But problem that my mouth opened the first time I broke at a work place and since then it felt wrong not to share. Therapy made it worse. It's been maybe five years since I'm trying to get help, talking and sharing more of experience or good intentions, but it's no use, not for me nor the other side that listens. For now, just being content with the existence of myself and trying again to find my way, is all that left. I've always known that being silent is empowering but without the right guidance, at least me, I got lost and been walked over because they just thought that I'm more then ok when I wasn't 🙂

When you FINALLY gain some level of maturity and life experience you will indeed "stop sharing." In the beginning, I would share my perspective and intuition with close family and friends.
