I've found many of the spiritual teachings tend to over emphasize the power of the mind. In reality, the power comes from our body. The body knows how to align with the universfe and constantly sending signals about the universe to the mind. But the mind fails to receive or interpret the signals from the body. Practicing mind and body interaction such as yoga really helps.

The human mind is the child of the brain and our parents' living environment. Growing up with no time to connect with the body, the human mind is weak. The powerful mind is the the child of the brain and the body. The spiritual path I am on is nurturing the powerful mind and eventually have this powerful mind get rid of the human mind.

@@WisdomoftheUniverse88 The integrated new mind has clear life purpose and direction. He or she doesn't need people's recognition , validation, and would not be bothered by people's humiliation. Another distinction between the human mind and the integrated mind is that the integrated mind cares about the body. This is because he or she knows only the body can take him or her to the destination where the ascension takes place. The relationship among the body, brain, and mind is like the relationship among a vehicle, driver, and the passenger.

@@WisdomoftheUniverse88 Regarding consciousness, I think it is the brain's more objective interpretation of the neural activities the body tries to tell us. Human life is like living in a house of mirrors. Both emotion and consciousness are like the images of something true in the universe. The difference is that emotion is the image on a very distorted mirror and consciousness is the image on a less distorted mirror. To find out the wonder of the truth, all we need to do is to turn around and look. It seems that humans are afraid of exploring the real world without a mirror.
