* Ingredient:

- 2g Vanilla Extract
- 200ml Milk without sugar
- 150ml Whipping cream + 15g sugar
2. Crunchy crust:
- 60g Unsalted Butter
- 50g Sugar
- 60g All-purpose flour
3. Choux:
- 130ml Water
- 55g Unsalted Butter
- 60g All-purpose flour
- 58-70g Eggs (depending on the type of powder has different water absorption, you should watch the degree of flour in the video)
