Hi guys, just a quick advise. PLEASE do not use a plastic slab to the vegetables on as when you rub the knife against it, the plastic also gets shredded and stick to the vegetables which is cancerous. Use a wooden slab to cur vegetables on.

If you add ghee plus vegetable oil, then less ghee is required. If you fry only in ghee, then you have to fry at very low temperatures, in wood or coal fire or in induction cooker. Ghee vapourizes very quickly when high temperature LPG flames are used unless you also add some vegetable oil with it.
