As a spectator from outside, No tribal bodies have the right to set up rules in “NATIONAL HIGHWAY”. People talk about forgiveness here, but use your brain, the wrong doers should be punished as per law. You people talk about forgiveness, but forgiveness leads to motivation of the wrong doers and they will keep on doing that because they know that they will always be “forgiven”. Punish them not by your own laws, but punish them with the Law of the Indian Constitution. And also this issue would have been solved if the CYA punish the wrong doers but they ended up supporting them because they are their “own” people. You let the law escape because he was one of your own. If this was outside Nagaland, you guys would make it a big issue.
