PR should be imposed and a core committee based on tribal/ intellectuals/elders/civil societies leaders should be formed to usher in the final agreement. Since geographical intergration is not on the cards each naga region outside nagaland state should also form their own committees. Our present politicians who are steep into the degenerated system of overground/underground politics only acts as an obstacle. They are running with the hare and hunting with the wolves. Wake up nagas of nagaland. We should not lose what little we have left.
