Das war in der Sendung "Karussell" des Schweizer Fernsehens von 1988. Leider nicht live gespielt, sondern ein Playback von der damals frisch erschienen CD "When it's thursday night in Egypt" von Sonet SNTCD-996. Chris Barber - trombone Pat Halcox - trumpet and vocals John Crocker - saxes and clarinet Ian Wheeler - clarinet Johnny McCallum - banjo John Slaugther - blues guitar Vic Pitt - bass Norman Emberson - drums Titel des Stücks: When it's thursday night in Egypt, it's half past three in Spain ...und eben auch der Titel der CD diese CD ist eine Rarität und wer sich diese besitzt, hat wirklich ein kleines Juwel. In my (modest) opinion, this "Chris Barber period" (from 1954 to Chris's Died) was the best (with 1988's musicians !)
