no - a 17 point lead with defensive lapses vs. strong defensive stand (may be if the score was 37-54 nets vs bucks, we would be talking different as the nets are not getting anything done offensively, but second half, Bucks lost their composure and the very fact, they did braindead mistakes on the defensive side, no rotation, put giannis on durant (giannis is a offensive liability any ways in late game situations), they should have conserved middleton energy.. u could see, bucks were expending so much energy in the first half and they lost track in second.. they should have kept the game close, and bought the energy back in 2nd half and distanced themselves.. that did not happen, as Uncle Jeff on a different zip code altogether.. and the mighty KD game to go with it.. i thought it might end up as Dame's 55 loss..

Chris said yesterday that KD ain’t that type a dude to lead a team like luka and Lebron He need to be apologizing
@Kai_soze3 жыл бұрын
Lebron did not do any leading after AD got injured, he got bounced in the first round. Luka goes off but does not have the necessary pieces around him to make a deep playoff run. This league is too talented so in order to compete you need at least two all stars and to be surrounded by good 3 pt shooters.
@slickshotzz133 жыл бұрын
@@Kai_soze you're only looking at this years production from lebron, look at his CAREER and he's definitely lead little to nothing into deep playoff runs. 2007, 2015, 2018 specifically. Luka in his first 2 or 3 years has put Dallas on his back and it's clear that is the case. KD has never been asked to put a team on his back in the aspect of 'these guys aren't good, you have to do it all'. Every major stop he's had he's had at least 1 or 2 guys there taking pressure off him. He had Russ, Harden and Serge in OKC at different points, Steph Klay, Dray and Boogie in GS (yea people forgot that happened), and now he has Kyrie and Harden again. Only last night was one of the very few times he's been asked to go do it all by yourself. In 14 years we've never seen him get remotely close to a 50 point triple double especially in a critical playoff game. We've seen the scoring all his career, but not the total package he had to give last night.

SA and Max took a day off but we can always count on Skip and Shannon. Someone needs to be fired over at espn for letting them take a pivotal game 5 with historic numbers for KD. Also that dude over on first take said AD is closer to Lebron than AD and I never want to hear another word from dude again

The part at the end is what I always try to tell people,what Candace Parker was saying,what Gilbert Arenas always says,good defenders and hustle and muscle is ok sometimes,but only when they have some type of offensive output. Yea,ur playing KD tough,but he’s gonna get his no matter what. What are you gonna give on the offensive end for your team tho?!?!?? Zero points,Zero assists, against any substantial amount of points from your opponent/player assignment hurts the team. ALL DEFENSE ain’t gon cut it.
@diondrelewis17063 жыл бұрын
Yea with all that said about being shocked kind of. They still had the presence of James harden, AND the production from Jeff Green. His production if you gave that to harden then you would say they would’ve won so the only difference is is that Jeff Green produced it instead of harden. Still the same as two stars producing and one guy closing the game. And also while down 17 Jeff Green and the others did more of the coming back then KD did, he just got the more important buckets down the stretch.
