Johan du Plooy" Yes the days at pier 107 at the Beach hotel will be remembered for many years to come and the song "Die swart kat" will stay with us for ever, The days at Amazingwe will also be remembered as special days. It is people like Dick that made this world a better place to live in and left us with happy memories through his music and friendly / joking personality. Memories are made of people like this that will stick forever. Good work Chris, keep up the good work and build on the strong foundation.

I loved being at the beach front - especially going there for Dick's music. Those were the days !!! I have one of the BEST souvenirs of the GREAT Dick B Morton, any fan can EVER have. I actually bought his red electric guitar from him back in 2002. And have been treasuring it as if it's MY pot of gold ! Dick has given so much of himself to others and was a down to earth lovable guy. I have never met anyone who did not like him. I have a couple of CD's he has written (copied) in the studio up in his flat, especially for me. What a honor to have known him ! :-D
