A little teaser of an exercise in my upcoming book "12 Week Double Bass Bootcamp" that is currently being Beta tested right now.
This exercise is "The Note Rate Ladder." A very helpful exercise to practice transitioning cleanly between all note rates while playing double bass. This can also be done with your hands.

This is quite fun, though I am still miles away from taking it above 75-80bpm, but slow and stead does it, definitely gonna give the Quin- and Septuplets a try as well!
