Still my favourite feud ever. Grew up on these two. My grandad was a boxing connoisseur and supported Eubank but the rest of the family wanted Benn to kill him. Great days. Now I love and respect them both.

Benns achievements in boxing out weighed what Eubank managed.Respect to Eubank for beating Benn, but i think Benn did enough in the rematch to get his revenge.

you're incorrect, eubank was not a particularly good boxer. his footwork very poor, he lunged, fell off balance, couldn't sustain any offence & had poor stamina. Watson was a pure boxer, but he was limited & was, at best european class. Benn, however, was truly world class & although he lost to both (it was not because they were better than him) he had the most accomplished record. Aside from Benn, there was no one on sr's record.....he avoided every ranked american & struggled against handpicked bums (ray close, gary stretch, dan sherry, , dan schommer etc, for a tin pot wbo belt) he lost against thompson (twice), calzaghe, steve collins (twice).....

That was more true for me when he lost the Watson fight. After that, I kind of accepted his limitations and knew he couldn't roll over people at the top levels like his dark destroyer days. Eubank was right, Benn was rather one dimensional.
