Watching his podcast is a lesson in patience. Why the fuck would an interviewer constantly interrupt the guests so they can't finish their thoughts only so Marcus can add on his experience in support of thatnthe guest is trying to say. Take a breath and listen so we can all listen.

Lot's of hate coming for Markus because of the redwing story and sadly other veterans are making content out of the op. I just saw the Tali video of them finding Murph putting their filthy hands on him! Then the veterans are saying because Markus said everyone is dead they stopped looking and found Axe leaning on a tree saying he was only a day or two days passed. I don't know i wasn't there and regardless of the official story it's a huge mistake by Tim Semanski and forcing day ops. Just warning you brother, be prepared for the hate. 🙏

Marcus, appreciate your service and what it took to become a SEAL but when are you going to finally tell the truth about what happened? A lot of operators, SEAL Team, Army SF, Rangers who know the facts about “Red Wings” are bringing those facts to bear and you need to clear the air and your conscience and tell the truth. I’m a retired Navy Chief, 21 years Active Duty, Tactical Helicopter Aircrewman and SAR rescue swimmer, then 16 years as a Police Officer, and then a high school teacher, but now fully retired. I’ve read the book, watched the movie and believed the narrative for a lot of years but now brother, you need to come clean . Do it for your community and for your soul.

According to delta guys who rescued you, you had FULL MAGS when you walked out after being rescued .. According to them , that was your very 1st firefight ..and that you cut and ran and hid while your teammates fought and died... That makes Gulab , the master chief (who you were debriefed) AND YOURSELF admit you put your gun down and were a "coward" ..(as you told cnn in interview) Not to mention they have LIVE video from the pred drone above of you running while your team fought and died... You froze in fear, put down your weapon and hid while your teammates fought to the death. It was 8 against 4 and the insurgents had the upper hand. It’s not your fault, NSW had no business putting 4 rookie SEALS in there the way they did, but they just had to stick their nose in the Marine’s business where it didn’t belong. The Marines would have pulled this off easily since they had already been there and were going to folllow up with Whalers. YOU though have lied and profited off of your teammates death. Whether that’s the narrative the Navy wanted to put out to explain 19 needless casualties or your own, it’s something you’ll have to live with each night as you stare into the darkness for the rest of your days. 19 men did not quit, you did.

Did you really run the entire time the gunfight was going on? They said AX was alive for several days after the gunfight. The podcast said you probably caused his death by your lies. The man telling the story was the SEAL Senior Chief who helped debrief you along with the fact they had you on satellite running from the start of the gunfight, running away? That is super fucked up. The Podcast run by a former Delta Force Operator had your Senior Chief on it calling you a liar and a Coward.
