I think that if Labor is defeated at the next election, the LNP will be wasting its precious time and psychic energy even engaging in discussions with Labor on the energy question simply because this topic cannot be discussed with Labor in a mature, rational, fact-based manner where wisdom of science, economics, engineering, project management, and electricity grid design all of which labor appears to have no understanding of. The LNP's time better spent discussing the achievable and effective energy transition goals and plans with qualified, intelligent and open-minded experts.
