I have met Chris twice. The second time I was able to tell him how much his music meant to me. I was very drunk and kept it short and sweet and left before he could respond. I was a heroin addict between the ages of 24 to 28. This song, he will never know, helped me through so many hard times especially those first tentative days of sobriety. Thank you again, Chris.

Just found this guy because some drunk guy told me I reminded them of him at a gig....on listening, I WISH I could write songs like him, the guy is amazing!!

This one is pretty dark! But all of us have to go through the darkness to find the light. I think his style is great and his songwriting even better.

He does have some dark stuff, a lot of his older stuff especially...your right though, awesome songwriter.

haha Funny story! Yea I he`s one of the best singer song writers I`ve ever heard , Check out some more of his stuff , he has a lot of great stuff. Check out " Down The River" it`s pretty dark , but I think it`s awesome!
