@Jason S because he was an idol and a mentor for millions of his fans, including myself. He wasn't perfect, just like the rest of us, but he thought us to learn from our mistakes and to use these mistakes in improving ourselves as human beings. His will and passion where unmatched, and he made sure his fans realize that nothing can stop them from achieving whatever they want. Kobe fans, majority of them, knew this well before he died, I for myself followed him religiously, every interview he had, he made sure he left a quote that spoke to us, a quote that has a positive impact one way or another. I can keep going on and on about his legacy as a basketball player, but he was in my eyes a bigger legend off the floor.

I'm just sad Kobe won't be able to visit the basketball court here in the Philippines in his honor. He died the very same day we inaugurated the gym called House of Kobe.

i don't understand where you're coming from , you can be the strongest man that was ever created, but that doesn't mean your body wasn't built to withstand hitting the ground at 1000 feet. Kobe died from blunt force trauma, meaning his physical body couldn't handle whatever thing his body came in contact with that killed him on the way down. Whether it be the mountain's hard ground surface, or the fire or the helicopter equipment.
@Black_Hart1344 жыл бұрын
Demetrius Shuler so what’s your point,obviously no human is a comic book hero, what I don’t understand is that you typed a whole entire paragraph to try and school me about how he died,nigga I know how he died, I know literally no one could’ve survived that, so like I said, what’s your point?
@demetriusshuler13914 жыл бұрын
@el habahi 80 i'm very aware of that, i idolize john cena, john F kennedy, lincoln, bruce lee, floyd mayweather.
@Sqizzyman4 жыл бұрын
Because yall clearly don't understand or at least from what I'm reading yall are not aware of how kobe really was a different breed/monster in this world, chris even stated it in this video as well, how he was just flat out different . For the people that really actually followed him b4 his passing they know what was up, not just on the court, but mentally he was one of the strongest individuals I ever came across, he was a real life superhero, that's why some of us didn't expect him to die in such a matter and that being the reason we have such a hard time grasping his death and how it actually happened . Hopefully this gives you enlightenment on this topic and kobe in general personally he's the reason I never wore a different shoe whatsoever other than his when steppin on the wood but is much more than that like I said this man was one if the strongest human beings I have ever talked too in my life physically, emotionally and mentally.
@ArmedNDangerous4 жыл бұрын

Lost one of my favorite athletes in the world and a month later my brother just passed away in his sleep at 19. We're all humans on this Earth and throughout our lifespan, we all deal with grief, depression, anger, anxiety, and heartbreak. All of us, no matter ethnicity, gender, religion, or political stance are put on this Earth to love and appreciate one another. It's moments like these where we have to face our own mortality, and realize that we could depart from this world at anytime. No matter what anyone says, how anyone makes you feel, or whatever roadblocks lie in your path, EVERYONE has a purpose in this world, NEVER FORGET THAT.

He's been my guy since Wake Forest days. I actually remember watching him in highschool and McDonald's All American game. JR Giddens, Shannon Brown, L3-6RON, Leon Powe, Big Perk etc good times...
