RIP ~ Neal Graeme Casal .. (November 2, 1968 - August 26, 2019) .. Casal is said to have died of suicide at 50. Friends were taken aback, believing he had been in good spirits recently and seemed energized at the festival Saturday, where he also performed with his own band, Circles Around the Sun. A wonderfully gifted musician and artist that made everything he was a part of so much better for his talents, he created a soulful presence through his guitar, his voice, and the camera lens. He was a genuinely gentle and kind person, someone you felt you knew in an instant. That was truly his gift and it permeated everything he touched. Thanks for everything, Neal. We’re devastated and will miss you always. Some day hopefully soon .. the truth about your MURDER .. as well as the MURDER of the others, such as Chris Cornell and Chester Bennington, will be revealed to the public, and those scumbag sickos will end up PAYING for their sick perversions and for the good people who threatened to expose them which were MURDERED ~~~

This is great, my only complaint is that synthy keyboard sound he kept using. An organ would have been much better in my opinion. That's a minor issue though, I'm still going to watch this video over again when it finishes.
@jukkatapaninen64226 жыл бұрын
He's playing a Minimoog, a monophonic analogue synthesizer, can't make it sound like an organ. Eddie Hawrysch used a similar Minimoog on several Black Crowes songs as well. I'm impressed by the keyboard stack, the Moog, a Rhodes electric piano and a Clavinet D6, all vintage gear (+ that digital "piano"). I guess roughly 200 pounds of keyboards was enough, no room for a 300 pound Hammond. :)

@@jukkatapaninen6422 It's certainly an impressive rack of toys. The sound was cool for about the first song, but after that I was over it and would have preferred organ or a more traditional keys sound. The band is super tight though, this is a great show.
