@hrussell9677 Жыл бұрын
No, Whitney’s vocal is the greatest. Her vocal control and notes are unmatched. Plus we were involved in the Gulf War so it was more emotional. Nice voice but maybe the third best anthem.

The reason Whitney's was so great was because she was herself. Same reason Chris's is so special. The tire breaker for me is that Chris's was just him. Organic. His tempo, his own support with his guitar. Just his soul. Just Wow

Every genre of music tries to claim Chris as theirs, but the fact is he doesn't truly fit into any of them.. he is unto himself. Fact is he can sing any type of music and own it,immediately. Starting to think he's an alien from a far away planet. I've been alive 60+ years and he is the first artist in my lifetime who's got every base covered completely. He doesn't just write songs... they are poetry paired to a melody, his voice is like no other, and he is a not too shabby guitar player as well. Luckily I've seen him in concert multiple times, each one better than the previous one. All that talent in one person, with no formal musical training... absolutely unbelievable.
