Would this 14ftversion be OTT for general fishing in all weathers and the 13ft be a better option? I fish on the east coast, essex area, into some strong-ish tides. Most of my fishing 5oz or 6oz leads with bigger baits or multihook rigs, in most weathers. Not sure which model to go for.

Some great fishing there👍 With the Fireblade GT though, would 6oz leads every now and then be overdoing it with the 13ft, as most of my fishing is over clean to mixed ground but with quite a strong tidal pull?
