I think of Tarrant in the same way I think of Jeremy Beadle: Two crazy small-time news reporters with larger-than-life personalities who (at a tender age) set fire to the evening news with their bravado, their madness, and their laser intellect. But I'm a Brummie, and TISWAS holds strong to my DNA.
