Chris going through depression was very helpful at identifying my own. I was depressed for most of my 20s but never took it seriously because my family didn't take it seriously. But watching chris discuss what he was going through, and being able to relate to everything he was saying and feeling really enlightened me, showing me that depression was very real and could be helped. So I'm very grateful to this character for showing me that it was important to get help. I'm doing so much better now, I haven't had a depression episode in years now.

I wish Chris Traeger was my spirit animal. The flip-flopping emotional rollercoaster would show me everything's not so bad. And then when he perks up, he would get me exercising, with a tone of positive energy. That and I would have liked to see more of him, even after he left, good ending for the character, but I literally, would have loved to see how he tackled Ron and Leslie's fight in the last season.
