Un morceau vieux de 55 ans qui n'a pas pris une ride avec l'interprétation de Marty Wilde.

What's all this about Cliff and Elvis? - this is a Billy the Kid single that was covered by Cliff and the Drifters
@TheWhitehall14 жыл бұрын
Elvis did a "home recording" of this good rocker, shame that he did not do a studio version. Flip side to Cliff`s "Living Doll".

Hmm.....nothing even near to Cliff and the Shadows. After hearing Hank's fiery riff on his Strat.....this sounds so tame !!

Why is it that when anyone does a cover version, we have to listen to lame-brains stating that it's better or worse than so-and-so's version, etc? Just enjoy it for the fact that it's their interpretation of it, and if you don't, then go and listen to a version you do enjoy. Music is subjective, so having pointless arguments about it is a waste of time. It's just arrogance to think yours is the defining answer to such things - after all, anyone can see that I'm right. 😊

Better than the Billy the Kid version and also infinitely better than Sir Clifton.
