Im not an EP guy, but I’ve got to admit, there were a lot of fantastic EPs in 2024 that left me feeling satisfied. When it comes to albums, there were four big ones that were most notable to me: Light The Way, Convictions, Take and Meadows. I’m not going to lie, if I had to pick one, I’ve enjoyed Take’s album “Time Bomb” the most out of them all.

That's a sick pick! They landed just outside of the top 10 for me but love them! Did you get a copy of their vinyl? And yes, I've definitely always been "and album guy" but I guess that's more like, that I enjoy a "full release" as opposed to listening to singles. I like to hear a chunk of songs by the same band and own a copy together you know?

My top five (in no particular order -- I can't make up my mind): Fear of God - Convictions Heal the Hurt - Heal the Hurt Holiness Cries - Bloodlines Too Blind to See - Classic Disaster This Present Darkness - Unworthy I am definitely going to have to listen to So Much Hope Burried. I have not yet, but from the description they sound very good.

I think that you might have missed Afflicted Truth - The Seeking Of Redemption, it was released in April 2024, really good Death Metal, a new Afflicted Truth album will hopefully be coming this year

AI is a great tool for musicians that are needing to get past song writers block. I personally like using it do to things that other musicians are not doing for my own personal hobby. The more AI advances and technology increases the more it will be obtainable for regular folks to see their ideas into fruition.
