hey Chris, I’m a Stage 4 cancer survivor and a father to a 4 year old daughter. I just want to say, you inspired me with your strength and determination through all your success. Your videos brought me to the gym to workout with the mentality to overcome all adversity. Wishing you and your family nothing but the best in all that you do.

@elien9024 ай бұрын
Never tried this exercice, is it really that hard that cbum has to use 5pd dumbells or are his rear delts just fried from the face pulls ?
@taomahNEGEV4 ай бұрын
@@elien902 If you do the exercise right then you will work only the Rear Delts which are smalls muscles. However, if you use heavier weights than those you can hold horizontally with only activating your Delts then the Traps will join in to help out taking a significant stress off the Delts. Thus neither the Delts nor the Traps will grow.

Am i the only one who loves the sound of the fans humming away in the background? Dunno why i find that so soothing. Gyms in summertime, absolutely love it.
@sscssc9082 ай бұрын
hey can I ask I am opening a gym in a garage should I get these 2 fans or should I get air conditioners
@DemocracyManifest2 ай бұрын
@@sscssc908 Congrats man, depends where you live in the world. I have 2 commercial size fans in my warehouse (230 sqm) and most summers only get to an average of 30 degrees celsius (86 fahrenheit). If you experience a lot of humidity it could be worthwhile investing in air conditioning instead

I had similar shoulder pain. I saw 2 PT and 1 doctor. TLDR: Where my longhead is attached to the shoulder was inflamed. I took some meds and time-offs and it got better. Long story: Both PTs showed me some moves and rehabs which reduced the pain but as soon as I press heavy it hurts. Or even when I wash my back in the shower and taking off my shirt, similar to what Chris goes through in 1:55. I went to the doctor and saw the inflammation. Meds was probably what cured my pain and stiffness (because water accumulates when inflamed). But I'm also improving my form when lifting heavy and doing some of the rehabs as often as possible.

Having shoulder pain and not even addressing the root cause and going into an Arnold press which creates more of an aggravation to the shoulder via the rotational mechanics under significant load is foolish In particular at this level
