Do it my man! I made my big comeback in January last year after rare heart disease almost killed me and left me with heart failure and defibrillator pacemaker. Now at 40 with wife and four kids and on TRT for last month I’m in the best shape of my life. I went from not being able to walk up stairs without help to doing 20 pull ups a set or so. You can do it! All I have now are health and aesthetic goals and I transformed my body. Recomped from 205lbs bloated at 5’5 down to 135 and now 158 pounds and still putting on muscle before I cut for summer in April or so

Hey Bro, throw that ectomorph somatype shit out the window. That stuff has been disproven and discredited decades ago. It relies on horribly performed studies from the 1940s that didn't even hold to the standards back then. All it does now is hold you back. You keep this stuff in your head, it will prevent you from achieving your goals. I told myself for years and years that I'm ectomorph and just can't put on weight like the other guys, it's fine I'm ectomorph.. NO! You may have a faster metabolism, like me. You might burn more calories in your sleep, like me. You might burn more while working out, like me. But this is all just a different challenge that we all face in the gym. Don't hold yourself back with pseudoscientific labels. As soon as I stopped listening to the popscience bullshit from Instagram & other social media, I went from 120 pounds to 188 pounds @ 16%bf. Back in 2020 depression hit hard, being diabetic with isolation was a whole different situation and the insecurities with my body hit me hard. I had nothing to catch myself then i came to know CBUM and my life took a whole turn. Thank you Chris for being there on KZbin and calling us Skinny Bitch to motivate us all through the way. Everything about this video was incredible. From the backstage moments, to the comradery and respect between the athletes, to that moment with Hany in the hotel room, what an epic journey it is for Chris to be on and thank you for taking us with you. It's eye opening, people don't realise how much these guys go through during prep, and the amount of emotions they go through backstage and on stage. Bodybuilders are incredible with how much they have to endure for a few moments on stage. Respect.

I've been working out for more than 2 years, I never saw any results in 1.5 years, I thought to give up but the first thing that popped in my mind was CBUM, the way this guy works hard, never gives up, stays focused always, pushes himself to be the best, after that I started to push myself harder, started to train hard, be consistent and boom finally I started to see progress, so all the credit for my progress goes to CBUM, he's the one who has given me the motivation to never give up, and I feel proud for having CBUM as my idol

Man I'm excited to see what an entire prep with Hany can do for Chris. The biggest improvement I saw personally on stage was that side leg conditioning. I can't imagine an already so dominant physique getting better but it seems every year Chris keeps improving.
