My video called "Project Management in under 8 minutes" • Project Management in ... has done really well so I've decided to make a series of other subjects, all in under 8 minutes. Coming soon: Negotiation, and some others. I've just uploaded Time Management, also Selling and now here is Motivation.
Of course there is more to the subject than this, so I have picked what I think are the top points. But imagine how much I could tell you if we had a whole HOUR together (like on a LinkedIn Learning course or a udemy.com course, or a zoom session together) or if we had a whole DAY together like we do when I come and run a workshop in person... Still, 8 minutes is a good start!

Good advice. I can see myself going between the different levels throughout my career during good times and bad. With good management and bad. With good constructive criticism, but not too much criticism to pee me off 😂 Even getting to know your colleagues... I was told when hiring, you want to hire someone competent for the job but also someone that could be a mate.

we know the Dunning-Kruger effect, how can i identify good performer for the first glance, or in an interview, you don't have a course for that despite i think choosing is an important aspect in the team.

I think you can tell at an interview by asking them what they do in terms of motivating their team - or ask about how they manage their team and see if they mention motivation as an important element. I think D_K is only a problem when self-assessing.
