Very cool how the panels are removed by just removing a handful of screws. No cutting glass tabs, or anything like that. Will look sweet once it's all painted. Another great video Bud.

This looks great!!! This is an upgrade I’ve wanted to do for years. The body shop talked me out of it saying that after market fenders would never fit the same. Damn! Can’t wait to see it painted.

..when the new , wider quarters are installed there seems to be a gap between the original wheel well liner and the flared portion of the new quarter that isn't cover up..is there a fix for this?..do the manufacturers make a filler strip?

Definitely need the paint shop to install side marker lights. They should at least include a template for the side marker lights. Nice installation of the new panels... Those 7 mm bolts are like rabbits...they’re everywhere...🤔😅🤣😂🤭😳🙄

I like the clean lines without the marker lights. Will you have the body shop cut the necessary opening to reinstall them? Most everyone seems to do just the rear quarters, what about installing matching wide-body front quarters? Save the Wave.

Fitment was so so. The body shop got them to fit better than I could. All hole were pre-drilled.

Yes. I have not done anything about it and it’s been fine. You can’t see it unless you stick your head in there. There is one guy on Corvette Forum that makes an extension piece to fill the gap.

There is a small gap between the fender liner and the fender. You can’t see it with the tire on. There is one guy on Corvette Forum that makes liber extensions. I may hit him up.

You should have paint them before installation that way you did not have to leave your car at the shop.After all the car will look great once are painted.I just hope with all the improvements you have made to the vette will be a keeper for quite sometime.

The car has the go to the shop regardless so they can ensure proper fitment and panel gap. Also to ensure paint match with the rest of the car. It will be done right.

With the stock fenders I didn’t use any spacers front or rear. With the wide rear fenders I’m using 1” spacers on the rear until I get new wheels.

If that cleaner has silicone keep it away from a paint shop. Remove and detergent clean any contamination from those quarters. Also fenders are on the front, quarter panels are always rear so no need to say rear quarter. Jus’ sayin’.
