@No username I think what he means is that it’s not just people from Boston that talk fast. People from the South do tend to speak slower and with a drawl. People from the West Coast tend to speak pretty slowly as well. But East Coast people, like me, tend to speak faster. When I’m in class, and I want to get my point across, and need to think about what my point I’m trying to make is, it’s better to take the time to think of what you want to say than to rush into saying something unimportant or boring.
