This was such a great episode! So much to reflect and relate on during this show. I truly love hearing all these artists and their journeys. When Max Paularena and other artists talked about how long it takes them to do their paintings, it helps me not be so hard on myself. I am often disappointed in myself when I am not constantly doing, working or practicing on my creations thinking, I should be doing this. Learning about the cacti was so interesting and I am sure will lead me down a wormhole of learning. I have always been drawn to cacti; because of its relentless strength in order to grow, it's no wonder that it has so many healing benefits. Thank you for these!
