I’m learning so much from your channel Chris plus the few dozen others I watch lol...I’ve been researching adult females on morph market per your suggestion on breeding quickly...one morph I have my eye on is a puzzle Mojave I saw...I’m trying to find a pinstripe puzzle so I can breed them together and make a jigsaw puzzle...I haven’t seen anyone make that combo yet

Good luck finding an adult female that's not a normal, you probably won't find it at a show, better off to look on Morphmarket.
@michaelscaggs1445 жыл бұрын
Joe T what should I breed with a male super paste that can produce something nice 👍🏻
@joet36825 жыл бұрын
Michael Scaggs pastels tend to fade once they reach adulthood but a decent combo is a pastel spider...or you could get another super combo morph and breed them together and get a bunch of pastels and whatever the other morph is...guaranteed not to get any normals that way. Orange dream keeps its color into adulthood so it’s a bit better gene than the pastel....as for which morph it’s up to you and what you would like to see
@robertmoore11235 жыл бұрын
I think the red stripe makes the color brighter ..

Love your videos got a question is it expensive to set up at a show and do you leave your snakes there overnight thanks again
@ChrisHardwickanimaladventures5 жыл бұрын
It's usually from $100-$150 a table, maybe more at bigger shows. You do leave your snakes overnight, they have security around the clock.

If u are doing more of these gene highlights, I think u should do some of these. I know some of these are higher end and not cheap but amazing when doing combos Acid Black Lace Cafe Candy Carbon Citurs Coffee Confusion Hurricane Monsoon Quake I could many more but that are a few off the top of my head.

Is a pastel genetic striped bp the same as a pastel striped bp?
@ChrisHardwickanimaladventures4 жыл бұрын
Not sure about 'pastel striped' but the genetic stripe is a recessive morph, you'd need two copies of the gene for a visual. Everything you breed it to would be het for genetic stripe.
@Ibaneddie762 жыл бұрын
If you want some investment advice buy a few recessive visual females when they are (not) popular and start producing interesting combos that you thought of yourself. All it takes is for someone like Justin to produce one crazy looking animal with G stripe in the mix and those females that are going for $200 on MM will suddenly shoot up to $2000, I've seen it happen many times. I've also seen it happen with Co-doms as well. When I first got back into Ball Pythons you couldn't give away Blackheads or Ghosts now they are both really popular in the right combo.

Bobby is amazing he's a beautiful bamboo. I have a female bamboo possible ghost. After watching many of your videos i had to get a bamboo. I have 3 genetic stripe's. 1 male banana cinni genetic stripe,2 females, 1 normal genetic stripe and 1 butter yellow Belly genetic stripe and there amazing when i first seen the genetic stripe i got 3 from my local reptile shop there were going to keep them as they were not on show but because i knew the shop owner he said i could have all 3 and he said i was lucky as he wasn't going to sale them at all, got other genetics stuff got a plan for making different mixture but I'm a hobbies and they my babies and breeding is only so i can keep the snakes i have in my collection and on my second breeding June July should have two female's laying if everything goes well. My frist season was a hardest one as i didn't have an Incubator which i now have, I've made a home made one and one baby from 6 eggs layed. It's been an Learning experience for me and I'm doing better this time around. My babies (snakes) are amazing and have changed my lifestyle for the better. Helps with me mental health 🙂and they are important part of my life.... I've never given up were I've had people saying i would give up after a year it's now 4 years ago that they said that to me and i wouldn't give them up at all. Snakes are beautiful art. Ball pythons, corn snake, & boa in my collection 🐍another great video but Bobby is the star with you to.....

Hey Chris I know you have a very strong knowledge on snakes and genes so I was hoping you could answer a couple questions for me. I own a female Butter Genetic Stripe and a Male albino ball python. If I paired the two would I get albino genetic stripes? And if I paired a genetic stripe with any other morphs would they have the genetic stripe pattern?
@ChrisHardwickanimaladventures4 жыл бұрын
Genetic Stripe and Albino are both recessive. If you breed them you'll het hets, won't look albino or GS. You'll have to breed the hets together to get visuals.

That's a shame about feeding videos. I think they can teach a valuable life lesson. Unless you are a fruitarian, every time you eat, something had to die to provide that meal for you. We are simply maintaining the illusion that we are any better than the snake in that.
