I’m working ultramel hard at the moment. It’s become my favorite gene in the game and I hope I can just make my mark for the hobby in my ultramel projects. Added a few pickups yesterday to the UltraPin Clown project. Sweet content Chris. Great video as usual Chris! Quick question. In one of your recent videos you said that you keep your ball pythons at 90F year round, but you didn’t mention a night drop. Do you drop temps at night? I’ve got a super mojave ultramel that is an amazing looking snake. All white with a yellowish tint to it. Definitely a cool combo

My ultramel banana pastel keeps getting brighter and more contrast ultramel is my favorite gene with banana really makes the yellow and purples pop with bright orange blushing. Plus ultramel has white flaring on the sides absolutely stunning 🤩.

You'll get half visual pieds, some Leopard pieds and half will be het ultramel.

So I got my fridge cooler the fan works and the light works and everything else is unplugged but it gets really warm inside without heat or anything being put in any suggestions?

You need to get a ultramal to breed into a some of your females . Could be you could get a few high-end stuff to sell . I like the pied-ultramales and pinstripe - ultramal and of course the bamboo... awesome stuff.

There is always the possibility to start a projects with hets or just one visual male and several incomplete dominant females and make your own hets. I bought a pair of ultramels; a single gene male and an ultramel pastel female. While waiting for the female to be up to age an weight, im breeding the male with a couple females.

Personally, I like the Ultramel Lesser - looks like those vibrant Banana hatchlings that fade and get all those black-pepper specks in a year or two. If it keeps that color as a mature snake - Woo-hoo! Wish I could find one! None on MM! If you're gonna work some of these "long-distance" projects - hurry up! Time flies past FASTER the older you get - and before ya know it, you realize you'll be gone before you see the ultimate of your project!

So can you put ultramel to a clown and get a visual ultramel/clown? I'm not sure I understand. He said you need to two visuals to get visual ultramel?

If you breed an Ultramel to a Clown you will get all double hets, all will look normal.
