Jmeecy cut out maltodextrin, any artificial sweeteners flavors and colors, preservatives, processed foods and the knee and joint pain should go away. You can also speed up the healing process with herbs and supplements. Tons with anti inflammatory effects, research online and use what you like and figure out what works for you. This is how I cured rheumatoid arthritis at 45 years old. I’m now 46 and feel better than when I was a teenager and in my 20s!

Max Yankulov For pull ups you could go higher (chest to bar instead of just chin above it), it’ll help for muscle up later. explosive push ups probably are the next in push ups (one arm push ups are a big upgrade) dips I’m not sure I mostly see people doing weighted. L sit doesn’t really need a progression it’s just good fundamentals for other exercises. Did I miss anything? Weighted is also fine for all but it’s not necessary

@@Girlfromthewoods not Chris but I've been doing calisthenics for some time, you should aim to keep your arms between parallalel and 45 degrees to your body, make sure your scapula are as far apart as possible on top (push-up plus) and as pinched together as possible on the bottom, pelvis should be rotated forward to improve glute/abs activation

Results are I lost alot of weight, I am not as buff as he is because I workout at home only, but the power my body generates and the feeling of how it changes is something amazing. Just take your time, do what Chris says "if you get tired take a 3-4 seconds break than get back to it", one day you won't need a break anymore. Amazing athlete and motivator...Thanks Chris!

Through my 20s and 30s, these types of workouts were part of my daily life. I could do them all in my apartment. I was determined after 30 to be comfortable with my butt above my head. I let it slip to the wayside and have been itching to reintroduce it into my every day. I’m going to download your app right now. At each decade, my motivation was to “be in the best shape of my life as I hit 30... 40....” 50 is just three years away. :-) It’s time to get started. Thank you for the work you do!
