I feel honored that you replied to me, and in such an awesome manner too at that. I loved Calisthenics as a kid, when everyone else was playing ball I would be on the monkey bars, but then it was called gymnastics and considered to be for girls. So I stopped, until high school when BarStarz and Bar Brothers made Calisthenics popular and cool for men. Now that I'm older I realize it is silly that I cared what people think and I wish I never stopped. Now I train in MMA and I highly recommend Calisthenics as the main workout regiment for true athletes like myself, so I love using your workout routines in the gym now. Long story short, you are one of my new favorite role models. Thank you for what you do, being a great dad included! 😇💖😎

Knowledge is universal, no one owns it. It should always be free. All the books I read and courses I watched in the last 5 years I got them for free in the world´s largest public library: the internet. Sometimes of course you won´t be able to find a book or course, then you just go to a forum and organize a group buy, you can bring down the absurd price of a course or book to US$5 to each participant.

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 00:00 🏋️♂️ Chris Heria discusses the secret to superhuman strength, focusing on exercises like planche pushups. 00:41 🏋️♂️ To progress in strength, lower your hands and push closer to your center of gravity for increased difficulty. 01:39 ⚖️ Pushing or pulling from your center of gravity adds more weight and requires balance and control. 03:07 💪 Pseudo pushups are a way to train towards superhuman strength by pushing closer to your waistline. 05:16 💡 Performing exercises from your center of gravity is essential for mastering superhuman strength. 06:14 🧘 Isometric holds, like the 90-degree hold, help in building body control and strength. 08:16 💪 Australian pull-ups with emphasis on pulling towards the waistline improve pulling strength. 09:27 🏋️♂️ High pull-ups involve rolling the scapulae forward and pulling to the waistline for maximum range of motion. 11:08 🤸♂️ Resistance bands can aid in improving explosiveness and assisting with challenging exercises. 12:17 🤝 Chris Heria encourages viewers to master these techniques, become members, and make extreme fitness the new norm. @@1988blueflame I mean, that's literally the point. But that doesn't mean you can't be motivated from a fictional idea. Push-ups is definitely one of the most basic superhuman strength. Over months ago, I can only do 20-50x regular push-ups in a ROW, progressing to diamond, archer etc. Then I tried the explosive (plyo) push-ups, at first it's only a 1-2 cm height off the ground and can only do 4-5x reps. 2 weeks after, I can push 3-6 cm height off the ground for over 10 reps (and can still do over 20x regular push-ups after it (superset). Just now after watching KZbin vids (and ThenX's) and without I even think abt it before, I can do at least 10x clapping explosive push-ups! Still a long way to go for planche push-ups etc, but God knows I'm on the right path. Chris and ThenX team, just so you know, you're kinda the heroes I look up into!

stanislausxx Bro what’s your push-up routine ?
@pmbfit6 жыл бұрын
@Blizzard: I warm up well, and stretch my shoulders and wrists. After a while, standard push-up is a good warm up for me with around 20 reps (later I can do over 60+ reps standard push up with medium tempo). Then I do LOADS of resistance (band) push ups. Maybe that's why I was quite easy in getting my explosive strength working. Then I progress to the standard explosive push-ups (around 1 - 1.5 week to practicing this explosives well, and letting my shoulders familiar with the explosive push). I was succeed doing the clapping push up on my first attempt ever because of that routine standard explosive push up. Then I progressed to Chest tap, Superman push up, Toe taps push up, Hip touch, and now I can easily do Aztec push up. I succeed mastering all of them on my first attempt (without breaking my neck or face), all thanks to the basic strength I built first, and most importantly: technique understanding. Don't attempt to do them if you haven't understand the technique how to do them. Next I want to try the Kuki push up, then the Triple clap push up (this the hardest of all). Maybe in the next 1-2 weeks I'll try them, I'm still practicing my free handstand at the moment, it's kinda hard and challenging...
