Back when EastEnders had great, pure and realistic characters that had real, proper storylines. I always sit in front of the TV watching EastEnders every evening when it was on. That to me has to be the best pastime ever.

It makes sense of some weird way, Phil had to play the part for his mums sake while his brother and his dad were the hotheads of the family. Once his dad passed and grant grew and began a life of his own he felt he had to embody the two of them to not only protect Peggy but his kids, because that’s all he’s known and the more people left him over time the worse he got.

Only time grant really lost to people is when someone punch him and he didn't hit them back or when he wasn't expecting it. Don't think anyone really beats him in a one on one fight. When him and Phil fought in 1999 grant wasn't really trying and he took phil punch to the head that day to.
