You know what they should do? The manufactures should include a simple button on the ECU "2024 noise and fuel emission compliant [YES] [NO]" that way it doesn't matter what new restrictive rules they make or even a "select territory, [US] [EU] [ASIA] [NONE] "

Had my 19 CB1000r dyno tuned by a local guy. My dyno's was identical to that 24. I have the exact same mods with the only difference being I have an Akra slip on. I can't recommend a tune strong enough for these bikes it absolutely transforms them.

@@JDeezle21 Akrapovic Homologated Slip-On Exhaust Honda CB1000R 2018-2024. I used this one to quiet the bike down as with the open headers the bike was obnoxiously loud. It's still much louder than stock but sounds great

There are those who say that this motorcycle has little horsepower. I ride this motorcycle in Turkey and this motorcycle is a street motorcycle. It is incredibly comfortable and easy to ride. If you want power, you can reach a speed of 127 km/h in 1st gear and 0 to 100 is around 3.2 seconds. If you want faster, you should look at a supersport instead of this naked motorcycle.

Its the only naked bike with that claim hp that did under 3 with just a tune..many did it at the drag track stock under 3..the times this bike its doing are for 180 plus hp bikes

First I think moore mafia is using woolich, second it's a little more complicated than that. When manufacturers reuse engine in other models, it's not the engine. They will make internal components out of cheaper materials which will limit redline and reduce efficiency, I'm willing to bet this design also doesn't flow as much air in and has injectors set directly or cheaper one, and maybe a cheaper fuel pump...

Nice video!! I am getting ready to install LV slip on, they claim some power and torque increase at 4-6K, but this is really something I would like to do aside of the muffler.. I wonder how much different exhausts affects it. Had my 22 Cb dyno tuned in Mi last month and it made 147whp and 75lb ft of torque. That was with full SC project exhaust system

I mailed mine in the bike seems to have all the same issues, the power dip etc I’m gonna try a different headers and see if that helps if not I’m gonna have to mail it back to him and have him re flash it. Oh and id get insurance because they sent my ecu to the wrong person it was an absolute bad experience for me. I feel like i wasted a ton of money. Live and learn I guess.

I've really wanted one of those for a few years now, but I know that motor can do so much better than how Honda ships em (it's it supposed to be a CBR motor!?). Right now I'm holding my breath, hoping and waiting to see if Honda releases the new CB-1000 Hornet here in the US. But i dont get why honda does this? Ive a cbf 600 and ok it got carburetors instead of injecection but it too has a literal hole from 4 to 6 thousand rpm. I hate it and if you can map it to have a more stable curve why not do it? Im currently looking to buy a z900rs and kawasaki seems to do a better job at this.

From what I have learned with the Honda's if you put any type of exhaust on them they act exactly like this, loss of power everywhere. Not saying they are great all stock but it gets a lot worse after an exhaust upgrade.

Man that’s really pathetic power (even tuned) for a 1,000cc naked sport. An MT10 or anything else out there would crush that thing. And stock it’s only about 10hp more than a 765 Street Triple. And I’ll guarantee you a Street Triple weighs a lot less. No wonder you don’t see these things anywhere.

I had a CB750 that I finally decided to get rid of (because they are indestructible) and got this because why go smaller. 0-60 in about 3 seconds is fast enough for me. Also I don’t compare it to those bikes, as I don’t see it competing with them. It’s a CB. Extremely good at being average and low maintenance. I can load it up with luggage and ride it long distance or zip around town as fast as I need to go. I think it will still look good until it just doesn’t go anymore, like my old CB

And? The CB1000Rs (which this essentially replaces have all been lower horsepower than rivals. They could have easily been less restrictive on the engines but for the purposes of rideability and reliability they stayed lower. You'll also find they are geared lower as well. Geared right my bike would be capable of 175+ but Honda gear it so it maxes at about 145. All on purpose.

This is wheel hp. I had a mt10 and with a full exhaust and a bren tune, this cb1000r feels much faster 0.to 100 than the mt10.

I gotta disagree with you on this one.... The rest of that bike looks WAY TO SLOPPY for that power, the fork looks so soft , you're on the bike instead of in the bike.... This looks like it's getting looped.
