Ahh the great outdoors! The pomegranate trees are beautiful and the lamp on the old tree looks like an artwork for Warcraft. Also amazing how far the indoor progress has come. Sorry that the dowsing method once again proved to be an illusion, science has found it's "no better than flipping a coin", the frequent success is just based on the fact that the chance of randomly finding water if only you dig deep enough is pretty good in most places. Anyways, better luck next time and thanks for the videos!

Yes i agree on the dowsing , i had my doubts as well but wanted to give it a try anyway. In the end, its been a cool experience and not everyone has a 33m hole in front of their doorstep. But i wouldnt really count on dowsing as well, I always wondered how they can tell - the might just find other stuff like metal instead of water. Cheers!

Ah Chris. Sitting here in my apartment in Krašići trying to decide how big of a renovation I want to do .... this kind of gave me the chills, seeing the water on your upstairs floor. This is in new construction?? Sigh. I'll be out of the country when my reno is done so not able to supervise either. Your experience is really giving me an education.

Yea I was here every day but I can't tell if the roof isn't waterproof. Now in waiting for them to fix it and they don't have time 🙄 next rain coming in soon.

Water dowsing, that's... let's just say it's a pseudoscience xD. Place is coming along well though!
@ChrisonTour2 жыл бұрын
haha yes it is :) But you either do that, or just randomly drill. So I figured ill give it a go

Work Safety? Please remind your contractors to follow the minimum safety standards. The guy who climbed up the ladder basically broke all the rules...
@ChrisonTour2 жыл бұрын
I dont know how familiar you are with Montenegro and they way the build here and treat work safety, but all I can say from what Ive learned after a year here that there are no such things as rules about that in this country :D
@blackberrypriv63112 жыл бұрын
@@ChrisonTour They do exist on paper, are just taken serious due to no penalties. The guy was working also on live systems. It looks rather like he never had a real apprencticeship done. Anyway it is your job as a western investor to remind them of this. I leave the choice to actively pursue this to you. I have just seen too many dead bodies and one of the reasons for cheaper labor is heavily related to safety.
@ChrisonTour2 жыл бұрын
@@blackberrypriv6311 I did talk about it with them, but they don't really care. Its just like everyone throws trash out, they should not do that but still do it because they are used to do it like that. It will take time to change that, also to get more safety regulations being followed. I can tell and remind them, but they will keep working they way they work until it is changed and educated on the school level. Thats my opinion.

Hahaha this is actually super safe for Montenegro, i remember a little electricity distribution house only 10years ago with rust and water everywhere and the electricians had to work inside, safety standards are developing slowly but they come from 0 like 20years ago, people are still used to much worse things
@ChrisonTour2 жыл бұрын
@@vfbmne1 Yea I have seen a bunch of crazy stuff here. But in places like Nepal or India its worse :)

If you ever get a well, you will design it as a moon well right? If not, you might buy a hot tube and asked your wood workers to design a moon well out of it? You could do some warcraft 3 streaming while taking a HP + Mana bath and collect money by peoples name on your butt and for ever NE you beat I would donate 2€ xD
@ChrisonTour2 жыл бұрын
wow, all of that effort for 2€ - ill have to think about it :) But, ill def. get a jacuzzi at some point haha
